Open Contract Analysis tab

On the Dashboard, click the Contract Analysis tab.

Upload your contract or paste text

  • 📄 Upload File: drag PDF/DOCX or click to browse (max 20MB)
  • 📝 Paste Text: copy and paste raw contract text
  • 📷 Scanned PDFs: Claude Vision automatically reads them — no setup needed

Click 'Analyze Contract'

Claude AI analyzes every clause and categorizes issues by severity:

HIGH

Dangerous, one-sided

MEDIUM

Vague, unclear

LOW

Minor improvements

Review the report

Each flagged clause includes:
  • Original quote from the contract
  • Why it's risky in plain language
  • Suggested fix — copy-paste ready

Export the report

Click Download Report → choose PDF or Word. Share with your team or lawyer.

Re-open past scans

All your past scans appear in Recent Scans at the bottom. Click any item to re-open the full report.

Need to sign your contract?

RedlineAI focuses on analyzing and improving your contracts. For legally binding e-signatures, we recommend trusted services like DocuSign or Dropbox Sign. Once your contract is reviewed and ready, you can sign it securely there.
